Membership Access
Your membership grants access to exclusive content, services, and concierge support depending on the their selected (Charm, Curated, or Couture). Access is for individual use only and may not be shared, transferred, or resold.
We reserve the right to revoke access without refund if misuse, use, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
Payments & Billing
All fees are clearly stated at checkout. Members and service deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise specified. Curated and Couture bookings may require additional fees based on itinerary scope, which will be communicated before confirmation.
The codex uses third-party processors (e.g. Stripe) for secure payments. We do not store your card details directly.
CUSTOM SERVICES & BOOKINGS
For members in Curated and Couture tiers: Itineraries, reservations, and concierge bookings are tailored based on the information you provide. While we work only with verified, high-quality partners, The Vegas Codex is not responsible for third-party service changes, cancellations, or issues beyond our control.
We advise reviewing the cancellation policies of any third-party providers you are booked with.
Digital Content & Guides
All. Codex Cards, itineraries, and members-only content are protected intellectual property and may not be copied, distributed, or publicly posted. Access is limited to members only.
Violation may result in removal without refund and possible legal action.
User Responsibilty
You agree to provide accurate information and to use our services lawfully. Any misuse, including fraudulent bookings, impersonation, or harassment, will result in immediate termination of services without refund.
Limitation of Liability
The Vegas Codex is not liable for damages resulting from the use pf this website, any digital product, or concierge service, including but not limited to delays, third-party cancellations, or service unavailability. Use of our services is at your own discretion and risk.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of The Vegas Codex platform and services after updates indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.
